Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags.
- For hygiene reasons, the shaping thong can only be returned if its packaging is unopened.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- To start a return, email luannashop0@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.
- Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 14 days.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us with a photo within 7 days and we will fix it at no cost to you.

Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and shipped from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse.

Brazil — import taxes: orders to Brazil ship internationally and may be charged import duties and ICMS by Brazilian customs, collected by Correios on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices.
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
